While sorting through our old & really old book collection I came across the "Wurlitzer Centennial Cook Book."  In 1956 Wurlitzer women and the wives of their company workers published a book of recipes in celebration of a century of business.
A rare collector item perhaps?

According to a friend who has the book it contains "such mouth-watering delicacies as Calf's Head Jelly, Gutta, and Winkdumwiddy."
