If that Allen gyro isn't missing any parts, you should have a pair of wires leading from the output terminals on the amp (which will be marked perhaps "16" and "C" -- anyway, there are two screw terminals side by side in a black terminal block). This pair of wires should be connected to that metal box (which is in fact a crossover assembly) and should be wired to the terminals marked "AMP" -- the wire from the C terminal of the amp to the Common terminal of the crossover, and the wire from the "16" or red-dotted terminal to the AMP terminal.
Then, coming from the crossover box, you should have a pair of wires going up to the commutators of the gyro (the rings/brushes). This pair should be connected to a Common terminal and the "High" output screw. This is because the crossover splits the amplifier output into High and Low bands and sends only the High band into the rotating elements.
The LO output of the crossover should be connected to the bass cabinet, which probably contains a pair of 15" speakers.
If you have all the parts, you should be able to hook this up as described. If it's not all there, let me know.
