  • T Shenanigans

Hello one and all, I've started this new thread to discuss my delightful T202 and T series mods in general. On mine, I've already done the Carsten Meyer mods, added an effects loop, and done some of Kon Zissis's mods. The power amp is now not working, so I'm bypassing it, running it into guitar amps (that have improved the tone no end). However, ...

  • X77, can I get an X77L? Anyone?

I own an X77 that is in great condition, but I need the Leslie X77L. I can't find one anywhere. Does anybody have a lead on one, or can you point me in the direction of a mod so I can run some other Leslie configuration? I have an L102 that has a stereo 1/4'' out built into it and that allows me to plug pretty much into any amp. Would it be ...

  • Leslie 2-Speed Conversion - How?

What is involved with converting a single speed, dual rotor Leslie, like a 47 to the dual speed equivalent, a 147?  Anyone ever done this?

  • Re: Slow down a fast leslie motor?

The Carribean Controls unit seems to be the most popular (and most expensive) unit I've been reading about online.  Are there any risks?  ie: shortened lifespan of Leslies motor, extra added noise (as in speaker hum or clicks and pops)?  Anyone?  Thanks. -Max

  • Rattling Leslie fast motor

Hello all. I have some motor problems from my 147. The upper fast motor tends to make a rattling noise. It sounds like the motor shaft is banging against the main body of the motor assembly as it spins. Is this a bearing problem? I've tried knocking the motor assembly in an attempt to get the bearings into a good alignment but to no ...

  • Variable speed control on a Leslie 25?

I was kinda wondering what you guys thought about this...  Can I in theory use like a sewing machine pedal or something of that nature to change the speed variably on my Orpheus?  I have a Moog expression pedal too that might work.  How could I do this, if at all possible?

  • M-3 out to Leslie connection...Help?.

Greetings all.  Please help me out on this if you are in the know.......   I've got an M3 with a field coil speaker and I am looking to connect a Leslie speaker to it, but it has no output for one, and one of those dedicated connector kits seem to cost more than all the other stuff put together. But maybe it's not too difficult to rig ...
