I agree with Michael. Very typical layout of an Aeolian residence pipe organ console of that vintage with the tilting tablets on angled panels and the roll player built in above the keyboards. -
The door where you insert the music roll appears to be open - with no music roll visible. This might explain the lack of music on the soundtrack!
