MCN Electronics Question

I tried to purchase some items from MCN Electronics on *Bay, and it wouldn't accept my bid. I tried contacting them through messenger, and the message wouldn't go through. Is there something I don't know about going on?

If it has a "buy-it-now" price and you make an offer, eBay can set it up for the seller to automatically reject offers below a specific level. If it just some sort of abnormal function, try contacting Matt Neill directly using his email address on the company's websiste--right near the top on his home page: http://www.mcnsystems.com/

I actually tried contacting him via *Bay, and the message was rejected, the offer was rejected, *ayPal was rejected, etc. If he really wants business maybe the obstacles could be removed. It's easier to purchase from someone else.:-P

Matt is a full-time organ service technician. If the message was rejected as well as the offer, it means there is probably something going on with his account or yours. Another ebay seller had trouble getting my email--something about ebay not providing notifications to him so maybe ebay is having trouble.

Pick up the dang phone and call him if he has something you really need. He is actually easy to work with.

I just tried email Matt via the ebay system with no problem, so you might try him through ebay again. I'll post if I get an answer from him.

Matt got back to me and doesn't know of any rejected emails via ebay--he suggests trying again. Sounds like this was a technical issue either with your account or the ebay system.

Thank you for checking. My first night available to check is Wednesday (rehearsals directly after work the other 2 nights). I'll try again then. I'd rather go with a known entity than some knock-off product.
