  • Hi, Beginner Looking For Advice

I am learner or you can say beginner of organ. i like to play but it's quit difficult to learn because during release the notes, you have to more attention. Organ used in the western world for the long time and perceived to have been around since 200 BC. can you suggest me guidance book or something other to learn?

For now, while you are new at it, don't worry about the note release. Play the organ like a piano. There are organ methods around. I've never found them very useful. If you are in a church the hymnal is an excellent resource. We need much more information about how much music you already know (or not). What kind of music you like and the organ(s) that you have access to. Good luck.

The combination of a good teacher and an organ method can work really well. I'd recommend this approach, but on the other hand, if you already have some keyboard/piano skills, you can just start playing manuals only and get used to how the organ reacts.

      Where are you based?
