The official source would be Robert Spoon, the only remaining person connected to the old Baldwin organ company factory in northwest Arkansas. He still sells Baldwin parts and service manuals as a sort of sideline to his main business, so he may not respond immediately, but you can email him at:

I believe you can substitute a generic Carlin switch of the same dimensions, probably available from mouser.com or other internet source, though the integral neon lamp version may only be available from Robert. BTW, when I replace one of these, I leave off the capacitor that is in the original switch assembly. It doesn't do any good, as far as softening the turn-on thump, and could eventually fail causing the switch not to operate.
