ADC-520 MIDI in OMG

The MIDI board for our ADC-520 was installed by our engineer folks yesterday. When I turn on the stop we have assigned to MIDI there areno MIDI sounds (the sound module works great on my home organ, so I know it is OK) and the organ stops on the great manual don't work, The swell and pedal still sound with their stops but no MIDI. Any ideas about what is going on? HELP!!!!

Might I say, DIY engineers, no matter how brilliant, are not organists. I personally am very wary of letting them look 'round in the church's organs, as they've done some pretty strange things in the past, like throwing off the expression curve on the old Baldwin 210 by swapping in a wrong component (they said it had the same range...but logarithmic/linear pots have DIFFERENT effects on volume.....) Usually the cure is almost as bad as the disease, and I often regret asking for help....
