Rodgers T967 sysex for stop change decoding/Remote pipe-organ console

Just wondered if anyone has experience of using a Rodgers T967 alongside a pipe-organ console (equipped with midi)? I've already linked the two together using a basic midi system. However, the pipe organ console sends and receives midi control codes or program change codes for the stop knobs and the rodgers uses sysex. I haven't yet found a cheap and simple way of using a laptop to convert on-the-fly between the two. Any ideas?
