  • Conn pedalboard warmup

Since this is my first post: Hello to all.

We have recently acquired a Conn 611 with 145 and 146 pipes, and 252 and 262 Leslie speakers from a local church. All is well except that the pedalboard tones are a 4th or 5th off until it warms up, then plays correctly on pitch. The warmup period is 30 minutes or longer. Can anyone point me to the board/component that controls this so I can try and talk some sense into it? Assuming that it needs replacement, can anyone advise of a good source for parts? Is there much crossover of components between the 611 and other Conn models?

    Thanks for your help.
