Eminent Omegan 7100 Practice Organ, advice required

Hi,
I have seen an old Eminent 7100 organ for sale, it is in full working order.
The organ dates back to the 70's.
Can anyone tell me whether it is worth getting to use as a practice organ!
Obviously the sound quality is not up to todays standards.
I am just starting to have organ lessons and currently play the piano.

1) How much does it cost?
2) How much will it cost to get it to your place?
3) Who will service it, if it breaks down and how much will it cost to get it serviced?
4) Are parts still available for this organ?
