  • Servicing a GEM Prelude

I am trying to find a company who will service our Church GEM Prelude organ. Does anyone know of a company who will carry out such work? Our church is near Guildford, Surrey.

    Hi,

I take it you are in the UK. Most on this forum are from North America.

Anyways, to help you directly is difficult, but you may want to get in touch with W. D. Greenhill & Co., located in Rochford, Essex. Their web-site is www.wdgreenhill.com
They have lots of service manuals and service parts. Whether they do service calls I do not know, but if not, they likely know of someone who you can contact.

If the GEM Prelude is what I think it is, it must be close to 30 years old, and would be an analog organ.
