Baldwin C720T Value??

I have a baldwin c720t that was donated to our church and we want to sell it??
However I have no idea what it's worth, I could only find one other one on the internet

I don't know if it is worth the $2500 he is asking but it is the same one I have and it is in
excellent shape.

Can someone please tell me if this organ is worth anything????
We are looking to replace it with a hammond or keyboard......

I think $2500 is too high. Knock off $1000. Hmmm.. $1500, even that seems a little high.
