Question about the Memory "keyed" Switch on a Rodgers 330
On my Rodgers 330 and it has 2 keyed switches on the left jamb. One is for "Power" and the other says "Memory". If the key is in the OFF position, none or the pistons/presets work (except the reversibles. I thought the key was to keep people from changing the preset registrations. Is this key supposed to do more than basically disable the SET piston? I would be interedted in knowing and if so...the reason why it disables the entire memory system of the organ.
Thank you,

Re: Question about the Memory "keyed" Switch on a Rodgers 330
That switch does disable the entire combination action of the organ. It can't just disable the 'set' piston because you can use the 'hold and set' technique of holding in a piston and changing the drawknobs instead.
