Does anyone know the approximate cost of adding a Walker reed to a pipe organ?

Hi,

Too many unknowns here to say much of anything here. I will say Walker reeds when added to a pipe organ, and done right are amazing.

The cost of adding a Walker stop depends on the stop - single rank or multi rank, manual stop or pedal, amount of audio - 1,2,3, or 4 channels.

Also the cost of installation to the console will affect the price.

Then there is the distance from the Walker factory, as Bob Walker generally does the voicing.

Generally, the price of a single stop or rank of electronics is expensive per stop if only a single stop is to be added. A second stop can be added for very little extra.

Best to contact the Walker factory on the cost of doing this.
