Allen 203c HELP

I am hooking up an organ for a local church. It is a late 70s Allen. All I can get to work is the main speaker. The flute and the bass will not work properly. The bass barely works and the flute not at all. There are 3 amps, one for each bass, flute and main, and I find it hard to believe that the bass and flute amps are both bad. Crossover issue perhaps? I don't know, can't figure it out. Hopefully someone has had a similar problem.

Are they S-100 amplifiers?
Are the circuit breakers tripping?

Have you plugged the main output into the flute and bass amps to to see if it's an amp problem?
If the amps have a separate expression input have you disconnected those?
