  • Help Identifying this Wurlitzer (?) Organ

I saw this organ listed for sale recently ($200) and it looks like an ideal candidate, to me, for a new Hauptwerk project. You guys did a great job identifying and clueing me in on an Allen 632 a couple years ago. (Still going strong, by the way.)

I was hoping someone might be able to identify the model of this organ from these pictures so that I might do a little more research. (Since, as experience has proven to me before, you guys are usually really good at this!) And, if you feel like throwing in your 2 cents worth, please do. (ie, what would be the potential difficulties in wiring this for MIDI, etc.)

I am planning to purchase my MIDI gear from MidiGadgets Boutique, so if you have any additional words of wisdom, I am all ears.

    Thank you, folks.

    That's a Wurlitzer model 4700.

DC keyed on keyboards and pedals so would be good for MIDIfying.

Do you know if the keys are matrixed or if they are wired individually? (Bussed?)

They are individual contacts with 24.6 volts on the bussbars. Each manual has 8 bussbars and switches per key.
The pedals are reed switches. 23 volt common.

        No matrix in this organ.
