Leslie organ not as loud as it use to be

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum and don't know very much about Leslie Organs.

The problem I'm having is my Leslie is not as loud as it use to be. The volume is set to 7 on the speaker. When I step on the pedals, the noise is much louder than playing the keys of the organ. Also, the sound that the pedals make is not "bassy" as it use to be.

Please help!

First of all, I don't think Leslie made organs, just speakers. Second, is this a classical church organ? If it is a Hammond, it should be in the Hammond forum or maybe the home organ forum.
