  • Some organ parts

    Hi,

I have some organ parts from several AOB organs. Parts include, power supplies, amplifiers, some analog ranks, a cople of racks of digital control boards.

I also have parts from several MOS-1 organs, including, power supplies, MOS-1 main boards, amps., etc.

I'm not really looking for money for these items, just re-imbursment for packing and shipping costs.

    If interested let me know.

    AV,

What? No MOS-2 or ADC?O:-) You are being quite generous. Thank you.

Way too many organs to list, but I do have 5 Allens:
    • MOS-2 Model 505-B / ADC-4300-DK / ADC-5400 / ADC-6000 (Symphony) / ADC-8000DKC
    • Lowrey Heritage (DSO-1)
    • 11 Pump Organs, 1 Pipe Organ & 7 Pianos

      Michael,

I only deal in high demand items that are basically free.

I don't think you will find very many MOS-2 boards floating around, as MOS-2 organs were only produced for about 18 months. ADC organs are newer and also better sounding, so likely fewer ADC boards on the used market. Also, ADC series had several iterations, and I don't know if boards are compatible.

As for AOB, seems tht there is very little interest left in those organs. Seems that they had longevity issues. They could sound amazingly good in their day, but digital technology bypassed them and they went under in 1992. It is safe to say that those AOBs still functioning are at least 25 years old. I look after one in Toronto, Opus 44 which is nigh near 40 yers old.

Britson Organ in WA might be interested in the AOB stuff as they are the primary source of parts and service for them. I too have parts from an Allen 102 (MOS1) that are available for the cost of shipping. Besides some electronics, I have the keystack and stop rail and card reader. I am in AZ.
