For Tuning, you might try to get hold of an accordian or pump organ repairman. The brass reeds inside are based on the same principles.If the problem is certain notes not working, it may simple be dirty reeds. For the other parts, someone who has experience with Wurlitzer ES(electrostatic) tone generation organs 1948-1960 and who is still above ground can probably help. However I know nothing of your local area.[:^)]</P>
