What Allen organ model(s) only have two pedal stops?

I came across a 2-manual Allen organ which only has two pedal stops—I think bourden and lieblich gedeckt, both 16'. Other details are that it has one expression pedal, no generals, no couplers, 15 swell stops and 9 great stops, and tremolo and vibrato tabs.

I wondered if anyone could say what the model could potentially be and what vintage.

Isn't that one of the "super-flutey" analog models where all the stops were built from one set of sine wave oscillators?

We have a little Allen like that sitting in the shop right now. The model plate calls it a "Special" and it is more or less a T-12 without many of the niceties. That is to say, the pedal system has no coupler stack and so the pedals can only key one pitch (16'), and there is no chiff, no percussion or sustain, no stopped flute option. And yes, it's one of those models with just one generator, a pure flute rank, which is the source for everything. All the "stops" are in fact just various combinations of flute pitches.
