I’m interested in the page turn feature found on many organ consoles. Is there a retrofit kit available for existing consoles, or if not, what's needed to build a page turn kit.
I found a Samsung Galaxy View that can display two 8 1/2 x 11 pages in one screen. Is anyone familiar with this device to know if it’s feasible to use as a display. It has bluetooth. Thanks, Allen

Many organ consoles? I know of only one, and it isn't built into the console, it is entirely independent of the organ itself. In fact, AFAIK they all are. There are electro-mechanical systems that work with paper scores, and systems that work with scanned in .pdf files. Google is your friend finding them. I doubt I would be able to afford any of them. I am in the process of breaking in a new stable of human page turners at my new church.
I haven't come across any retrofit kits but there are plenty of wireless page turn "pedals" which would be a good alternative assuming you have some spare space around the bottom of your console to mount it. Most of these seem to work with tablets, Macs and PCs.
Alternatively there is an Apple app that automatically turns pages by listening to your playing. Not sure how well it works with organs given where the pipes/speakers may be located in relation to the console. But for a few dollars it may be worth a gamble:
