    Funny situation on Allen AP3

    Hi there I have this funny situation. I play about 20 notes and then there is total silence. They tried a different board. Its also strange for my local agent. Any advice?

    Remove the pedals and try again. If that solves the problem, you may have an unlevel floor or the pedalboard leveling buttons may be out of adjustment.

      I tried it without pedals but still about 20 notes then no note playing.
