This is a MOS-1 organ of the 300 series, possibly a 301-C. The 300 series represented the "deluxe" single-computer models with genuine moving tab capture action, crescendo pedal, card reader, analog celeste generator, and certain other features that were optional and extra cost on the lower models. It's a fully "AGO" console with regular pipe organ size pedals and all the console controls laid out just as you'd find them on a pipe organ.
There are no speakers in the console, so at least two speaker cabinets are required to set it up with the normal audio system. It is possible, in a pinch, and if you don't mind the slight degradation of the tone, to parallel the two channels with an RCA Y cable and have them both play through the same speaker. I don't recommend this unless you absolutely must minimize the footprint.
The speakers shown are of the "Monitor" type, designed for wall-mounting but actually not quite as rich-sounding as the more common big box utility cabinets meant for placing in chambers. These can of course sit in the floor or up on a shelf if you don't want them mounted on the wall.
A decent starter organ or home practice organ. Many forum members have these in their homes and enjoy them. Some people have good luck adding digital reverb to sweeten up the sound, which tends to be a little two-dimensional and sterile compared to later digital organs.John

AVGeek201,
Welcome to the Forum! I concur with the other guys' assessments. I'd only add that it is in the contemporary console (not really an important fact), and people would need to know that when giving certain repair advice.
Can you tell us more about the organ?
