  • Asked Santa for a brand new Allen organ for Christmas

You may find this thread comical, and that is okay with me,...BUT,...I asked dear ole Santa for a new Allen organ for Christmas. I asked him for either a new GeniSys G210,or Chancel CF-10,...BOTH with premium Allen keyboards as I will accept nothing less than premium Allen boards. If Santa CAN'T afford to bring me a BRAND NEW organ,...I will accept an older pre-owned Allen as long as it is one that has been well cared for. An ADC-1140,or a Protégé AP-4 would be great choices. There's a nice Allen out there somewhere that has my name attached to it.:-)

    Dewey643,

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but Santa is just a fig leaf on your imagination. You stand a better chance of winning the $1B lottery! Good luck with the lottery.;-)

Way too many organs to list, but I do have 5 Allens:
    • MOS-2 Model 505-B / ADC-4300-DK / ADC-5400 / ADC-6000 (Symphony) / ADC-8000DKC
    • Lowrey Heritage (DSO-1)
    • 11 Pump Organs, 1 Pipe Organ & 7 Pianos

An acquaintance of mine once said that your chance of winning the lottery do not change significantly whether or not you purchase a ticket. Though mathematically true it is not statistically true--the smallest of chances is not zero.

Besides which, the odds on the $1B Powerball is one thing and one of those instant "Scratch Off" games is quite another. A $50K payout on a small game win could buy a really nice used Allen ...

You guys must not have seen Tim Allen's "The Santa Clause." Or "The Polar Express."

Dewey, Santa may not make it down the chimney with an Allen in his bag this year, but as much as you want one, you'll have one someday. Save your pennies and keep an eye open. I don't get a free AP-4 very often (though I did once), but I get free MOS organs fairly often. You may see an ADC model for nearly free one of these days.
