Does anyone know about the Rodgers 100 organ? I know a person who is selling one at a great price. It is in excellent condition but it uses Transistor Individual Oscillator technology and it is from 1969. Is this a problem?

I believe 100 series is of the same variety as the one our very own nycfarmboy owned. This is a popular model to use as a practice instrument due to it being of acceptable (tonal) quality for liturgical and classical repertoire in a well built AGO spec console at a low price.

Check out John's site to hear one:

Rodgers organs are easily repairable by qualified organ technicians as well, for a great price I do recommend the 100 as a practice instrument. I ended up giving mine away to a young organ student but felt it was a great practice organ with some nice sounds on it.
