working with an early 770 model church organ. The main off stop and the antiphonal on stop are causing silence. The main off is "on" and won't shut off. The Antiphonal on is "off" and won't come on. This keeps any sound from reaching the speakers. The organ is working and can be monitored through the headphone jack. I have checked the alignment of the stop magnet and sensors - all is good. Any ideas?

Make sure there is not a headphone or headphone adapter plugged in--a switch on the headphone jack causes the main to turn off. If there isn't anything plugged in to the headphone jack, perhaps the switch on the jack is shorted to the on position. You could cut those wires and just the main off tab to turn the speakers off when using headphones.
