I just bought a fantastic old Badlwin Model 11 Organ, thats in fantastic condition everything works and it plays wonderfully. This is my question and where I need help. Most of the Manual and Toe pistons are set, so are not, and I can not for the life of me, figure out how to reset these. It has 3 for Swell manual and then on the great it has a group of 4 then a group of 3. Toe pistions has 4 on the left by the great pedl and 1 on the right by the crescendo pedal. Does anyone have any idea how to reset these. Thanks and please let me know.

Re: Model 11 Baldwin Organ Manual Piston & Toe Piston Setup Help?
Depress and hold the desired piston or toe stud, change the stops to your preference, and then release the piston or toe stud.

General rule: Look for a setter button. If there isn't one, look for setterboards. They may be hiding some distance from the console. If there is no sign of a setter button or setterboard, try the "hold-and-set" procedure described above. (Trying "hold-and-set" on some old Casavants can break off the knobs!)

I forgot the rest:

Thethree pistons under the swell control the stops for the swell, the three under the great for the great, and the four on the left (duplicated by the toe studs) control all stops. The one to the right of the crescendo pedal is the "Great to Pedal" reversible and cannot be changed.
