Very nice looking instrument. In the summer after my high school graduation (1971) I played in the backing band of a regional cast of Up With People...(yeah, I know but the girl/boy ratio was about 6:1 and I was 17) Anyway, each venue was to furnish a combo organ rig. They were everywhere back then but most places came up with something pretty lame. In Houma, La., however I walked in to find an Elka Panther hooked to what looked like a brand new Leslie 147 w/combo preamp. I was in heaven for two nights. The organ wasn't central to the performance but I played it on every song I possibly could. Haven't played an Elka since. There were never any around here. Sorry for the hijack but it brought back a fun memory.
