Can a 126 Leslie kit be Made to work with an A100?

I just pick up a M103 with a Leslie 126 connetor kit and I would like to move it to a nice A100 so I can use it with a Leslie and with out. From what I read in the Leslie Manual the 126 was made mostly or spinets and the A100 wan't listed.Does't any on know if the 126 kit could be wired up to the A100 and how to do it? It seems like it might be posible. Any help would be appreciated. Santa

A 126 kit? Do you mean a 26-1, hooking up a 145/147? If so, given the similarities between M100 and A100, both 2 channel, with the second handling reverb, there shuld be no problem.</p>

Give us a few more details and we can take you through the whole process if you need.</p>

<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">I have the "0ne" in the wrong place. It is 26-1 and I have it hooked up to a 251 amp. I get a little hum from the Leslie when it is switched off but it works fine in the echo and ensemble modes on the M103. At first it looked simple enough to just move everything straight over to the same components of the A100 but then I notice a small 5 pin plug going to the amp of the M103 and the A 100 doesn't have that receptacle. There are three black and a green wire coming out of the plug. The greenis splicedto a red wirein thefive pin female plug going into the 26-1 box. One black goes into theright speaker. The other two blacks wires run up the run switches (I believe). There are only four wires coming out of the small five pin plug. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"></SPAN>So these wires in coming into and out of the M100 amp have me puzzled and I don't know where I should attach them.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">I have photos but I couldn't figure out how to show them here. </SPAN>Thanks, Santa</SPAN></P>

This is a modified kit, as a 26-1 isn't the correct one for a 251 leslie. Or maybe the 251 amp has been modified??

The good news is that the stock 251 is the perfect leslie for the A100. All you have to do is give it the correct signals and voltages. It shouldn't hum when turned off at all, as the power should be completely switched off when the organ's power switch is turned off.</p>

Make absolutely sure that you follow the 251 instructions and not the 122 or 147!</p>

I don't know what modifications have been done to your 26-1, so I can't advise you on the colour codes etc. Photos would help. Host them elsewhere on the net , like Photobucket, and then put a link in your replies.</p>
