My mother inherited her step-father's Hammond Dolphin (Model 9995) thirteen years ago and finally has decided to let it go. A quick review of this forum suggests that its parts are more valuable than its sum. That being the case, how does one go about advertising a free Hammond Dolphin? A general classified ad site like craigslist.org does not seem directed enough. BTW: If anyone here is interested in it, I'm open to negotiating its shipment.

For starters, you might try the Buy & Sell section here on the Organ Forum, listing it as free. Location is key for most anyone who might be interested, so be sure to include that information. There is also a free classified section on theatreorgans.com. As far as Craigslist is concerned, many of us who do collect organs watch the ads on Craigslist as much as we cruise ebaY. Craigslist has sections for musical instruments as well as free items and it might be prudent to place ads under both headings. Hope some of this helps!
