    Hello,

This amplifier is a 7591 Puhpull
    http://www.tubezone.net/pdf/7591.pdf
See schematic. Working point is 450V;400V;-21,6V
Page 3 of 7591 data recommends a tube load resistor of 6600 Ohm plate to plate (primary).
In this condition Power output is 45 Watts
I think secondary is 8 Ohm with center tap (CT).

    This transformer is a 6600 Ohm CT / 8 Ohm CT ; 45W min

    Search here :
    hammond transformers cross reference
    Or download Hammond catalog https://www.hammfg.com/files/literature/5c.pdf

    Model 1650P is 6600 Ohm CT / 4;8;16 Ohm / 60 W Audiophile !

Jyvoipabo is correct. The only way you will find an exact replacement output transformer is from a parts unit.

Otherwise, you simply choose the type of output transformer specified for a push-pull output stage using the type of vacuum tube you have in the amp. You will probably have to accommodate different mounting dimensions.
