I've heard that the bass pedals on the R-100 don't run off the TG and also heard they do. Do they or do they not?

They certainly do! R-100 has a standard 91-frequency generator.
You might be thinking of the E-100 which, like the T-100, lacks the lowest tonewheels and instead generates pedal frequencies by dividing down from higher octaves.Current organs: AV, M-3, A-100
