Hello! I have a Hammon Concorde organ & am looking for a new belt for the built-in Leslie speaker, also any instructions on how to replace it. Thanks in advance for your responses!!!

Is the belt broken? Have you removed the Leslie unit from the organ console yet? -
Sorry to have taken so long to respond, no the belt is not broken the outer material is unraveling & has cme off the pulley's. Not sure how to remove the Lesie unit from the Concord. Any info is greatly appreciated!Comment

Unfortunately I'd have to open mine up to tell you how to remove it with any accuracy which would be very difficult right now.
But it is pretty straightforward, if I recall. Do it with the power cord disconnected of course (it will likely be disconnected when you remove the back of the organ but someone may have defeated that feature). There's one plug that needs to be unplugged I think. The screws that hold the Leslie in go in from the bottom and can be hard to access without removing the side panel from the organ. Difficult but not impossible. There are three or four screws. Again though my memory might not be correct.Comment
