    In a word, impossible.

In more words, the Hammond will always sound like a Hammond. You'll get some pipe organ - ish sounds, but no more. Plenty of threads on this subject if you care to read through them.
It's not what you play. It's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.

Plenty of examples on youtube of people playing classical music on hammond organs, some of it quite good and pipe like, to my ears anyway.

If one owns a beautiful Hammond why on earth would one want it to sound like another...? I own both Hammonds and a Johannus and enjoy them both just as they are. On the other hand, if one owns a Hammond already and cannot afford another that sounds different, it is an entirely different matter. The OP does not elaborate on that and I for one would allow the benefit of the latter. If pipe organ sounds are what you're after, and you do have a little cash, consider going for the various options of Virtual Organs which can give you all of that and more working through your PC.

On this Forum there are many very helpful and knowledgeable guys who will guide you in the right direction. Please let us know your specifics and what exactly you would like to achieve and you'll get the right advice - guaranteed!

If you buy a Hammond expecting it to sound like a pipe organ...
