Yesterday I went on to mod my L102 with the Zener overdrive. A simple mod. Simple...
I did everything as explained in the Kon's zener overdrive. Fire'd up the organ and nothing happend. What can go wrong with the simplest mods of the all?
Beats me..
If anyone have any input please comment! 😁

Well, as we say in Sweden - A handy person is capable of failing at almost anything. ;)
Seriously though ... check, and double check your work.
Current organs: AV, M-3, A-100
Current Leslies: 22H, 122, 770
Now I've desoldered everything and replaced every part of the mod just to make sure.
The red wire goes on pin 2 on V9 and the white wire goes on pin 2 on V10. Still there is no overdrive!...
I just don't understand what it could be..

With such copious amounts of solder applied, you may very well have destroyed (overheated) the zener while soldering it.
Indeed. The Zener's leads seem to be thickly coated in solder all the way up to its body. That would require a tremendous amount of heat, and the Zener is almost certainly fried.
Try again with a fresh Zener. Twist the end of each lead with the wire for about 5mm, and solder quickly. For added safety, connect an alligator clip to the lead between the diode body and where you're soldering to act as a heatsink while soldering.
Try a new zener, twist connect the wires but don't solder then test it, should work. Then for a permanent connection use connector caps rather than solder
Thank you for your feedback!
Hopefully, I've been a little too generous with the soldering.
I have just ordered new diodes and capacitors and will try again when I have received them. Without soldering them :-)

You can also use solder tag strips for building these little circuits. They are vintage looking phenolic strips with metal solder tags riveted on. I just used one to build Geo’s Neo Vent line out pad for my Hammond BC.
