I have a Hammond SK1 73 key. I love the organ sound that it produces BUT the piano sounds really suck. Are there patches or updates to
achieve the robust sounds of a Grand or Acoustic or Electric piano?
It is hard to trigger a high velocity value without feeling like you are playing Whack-A-Mole on the keys. Without the high value a lot of the hammer strike harmonics are not produced so various instruments can sound kind of non-robust. A Velocity Offset adjustment was added in one of the early OS updates to allow the musician to tweak velocity generation to their playing style and taste. (Pg. 80 #24)
