  • B3 expression does not work

It did before ..just fine but not long ago I took out the AO 28 and needed to turn it over to work on it. I am not sure if the arm on the volume control box was rotated 360 degrees and I put it back in this way ...but now I get no change in volume with pressing the expression peddle as I press it to the floor ........except when I get right on the floor with the peddle I get nothing it shuts off all volume in the last 1/16" of travel and for that 1/16 there is nothing until I travel back up then like a light going on sounds exists but there is no change in volume all the way up and all the way down. it is constant Got any ideas if it is the rotation I mentioned before or did I blew something?

    Appreciate your help

Should be easy to check out, if youv'e rotated the arm 360 degrees you'll be back to your starting point anyway,so maybe check the arm is screwed onto the flat on the shaft, if correct then remove the dog box cover to check position of the air capacitor, for example capacitor plates fully engaged should correspond with pedal hard down.

If all the above is ok then maybe the external amp wires have been disturbed when the amp was turned on it's side

I will have a good look at this tomorrow , and let you all know. removing the dog house to expose the vain is a good idea. .
      Thanks Geoff

Did you tighten the set screw when putting the linkage back?

NO I DID NOT !! .....Why would I tighten the locking nut on the linkage.? Only a professional Like Enor would think of something so simple.........Cant believe I did that! Working perfectly now just like before ... gees!
