  • M101 not starting

I bought a M101 organ from a guy downtown. The organ was working last night, but when I woke up it no longer plays. It starts up like it usually does, but all that comes out of the keys are soft hums. I found a green and black wire not connected to anything in the back, and a black and blue pair of wires cut in half. Suggestions?

Pictures might help for the disconnected wires.
When you say hums, do you mean you hear the right tones but softer?

Try again, happens when you switch to fast from the start to the run motor ore not letting the startmotor run long enough together with the run motor so the tone wheel does not get on speed. Take your time, turn on the startmotor, let it run for about 8 to 10 seconds than engage the run motor en hold the startmotor for at least 10 seconds with it.

The green and black wires could go to the speaker, and the blue and black wires may go to the run motor, at least in my experience these color combinations are common for those things. Pictures would certainly help though, I can't say anything for certain without pictures.

When I started it, no sound came from the notes, so I kicked it, and now the organ plays properly. Nothing more to it.
