  • Issue: Volume Pedal on B2

We have a B2 at our Church.
The Volume Pedal will not totally reduce volume to 0 (zero).
I don't mind the organ playing soft, but I need it to play even softer than it will go.
Very soft background, like when doing a funeral.
Is this volume (off) issue common to Hammond B's?
    Thank you

Farthest left rocker tab is soft/normal.If it is still too loud when soft is selected back off the drawbars or select a softer preset.
Lower manual Ab preset is clausa tibia, suitable for your performance. If 008300000 is still too loud back off the 8 until you get what you need.

It's not an "issue" per se; this is how they are designed (and how they are supposed to work)
        Current organs: AV, M-3, A-100
        Current Leslies: 22H, 122, 770

Enor is right. The volume does not go to zero. To go to zero, you stop playing any notes.
I'm David. 'Dave' is someone else's name.

Or you push the drawbars all the way in.

And not to put too sharp a point on it, it's not a volume pedal, it's an expression pedal. Volume is controlled by drawbars and tab. Expression is the pedal.
