My 1967 B3 has started leaking a small amount of oil, dripping very very slowly from the bass side lockdown bolt. Any ideas?

No worries, you just gave it a bit too much the last time you oiled it. Which is now spontaneously correcting itself, so to speak.

I've had that before and just wipe it off with a tissue. Usually happens shortly after oiling, so I check it every day afterwards for several days.

Put something underneath to catch the drips.
