  • In Regard to Moving a Hammond Spinet

Heyo - organ newbie here. Please bear with me if this question is basic.

Is it safe to transport a Hammond Spinet (such as an M-100) on its side? Or what is the safest way to transport spinets? My only fear is coming home with a broken spinet that I wouldn't know how to fix.

And is there anything else I should consider before moving a spinet?

    Thanks

Fasten down the TWG by flipping the collars and tighten with a 5/16" socket/nut driver. Do not hand tighten as they will fall out. Orientation shouldn't matter as long as the scanner oil cup isn't full.
