Another tech I know has a customer who wants him to remove the rhythm unit from a Hammond Phoenix organ to use as a standalone rhythm unit.
Is this a logistically practical thing to do in terms of how tied into the organ the rhythm unit is? I had suggested to him that some standalone versions of this unit may have been made that way by Ace Tone and might be preferable.
