Hello everyone, I need to gain entry into the top of the organ. There is a silent drawbar and general cleaning to do. Is the top removable? I'm experiencing the same percussion issues ( not working on certain keys ) . Hopefully having all drawbars performing will help.

You might find this thread helpful:

There are instructions on how to remove the top somewhere in that thread, but basically, open the back, look for screws holding the top down, disconnect the music lamp, and lift.

Thanks, I did remove the top, but how do I access the drawbars to reconnect the wire to it ( if that's the problem) ? It may be easier to spray the percussion tabs.

Is the silent drawbar on the upper or lower manual? Is it on the A# or B preset? If it's on the upper manual and just silent on the B preset, there's a good chance it's a percussion switch contact.

B preset, 1 2/3 drawbar. I sprayed under the percussion tabs but without effect. Should I respray and rock the tabs? They aren't accessible from the back.

        There is no 1 2/3 ' drawbar. Did you mean 2 2/3' or 1 1/3' ?

This is a problem with the percussion tab contacts.

You'll not be able to clean the contact from the front.
You will have to remove the top of the organ and, if memory serves, the metal cover that covers the tab switches and spray the contact cleaner there. See also the advice about bending contacts, something that might be necessary to fix the problem, in the previously linked topic.
