I recently bought a basket case(I like to think of it as a 'kit') RT-3. I'm going to do my best to get it working. Here's my latest question/problem. I can't figure out where this part goes. It looks to be constructed in the same manner as an amp/preamp chassis cover or shield(electromagnetic shield?) (safety shield to prevent electrical mishaps?) It's about 2cm(3/4") tall. Confusingly, it may not even be part of this organ. In any event, any help identifying it will be appreciated!

The owner passed away. I'm guessing that he took this organ apart, intending to repair it, but got in over his head, ran out of time, or other resources like money or patience. So, I'm picking up where he left off.
