  • A100 no vibrato or Chorus

    Hi all!,
Just acquired a one owner only driven on Sundays 1963 A-100. Had to get the TG unstuck, but all components (drawbars, tones, percussion presets, reverb) work flawlessly EXCEPT there is no vibrato or Chorus on any setting, on either manual. There is a very slight crispening of the tone when the vibrato is turned on. very slight gain in volume but the tone changes ever so slightly. I have reseated all the tubes (and swapped as suggested) Any help or thoughts appreciated. This is my second Hammond (first one was an RT3). I completely rebuilt the RT3 myself without electrocuting myself and it actually was fully functional when I finished, so I at least know where the components are and what most of them do...ideas?
Hammond RT3-Leslie 122, Motif, Fantom, Triton, Kurzweil K2600sx, Korg T1(best piano hammer weighted controller ever) Roland U20 and U110, and v-drums, Fender Jazz bass, mucho recording gear. All which is pretty funny because I am actually a guitar player... MANY guitars... one woman

The scanner is stuck and not turning. There are threads here about how to get it going without overoiling.

I had a similar issue w/ my B3 when I purchased it. C3 sounded like C1, C1 was practically inaudible. I replaced the tubes on the AO-28 related to the C/V and all was well.
