This is my first post, so please forgive me if some of my terminology is incorrect.

I also want to point out that I do not playkeyboards especially well (poor would be a more accurate descriptor) and this M-100 is for my home studio, so that when people who know how to play come over I get the sound of a real Hammond instead of something electronically ...close

Upper keyboard- if I select the drawbar preset and pull the 1st drawbar out I get a constant tone (sounds like a lower "A") which gets louder as I pull the drawbar out. Likewise ifI select the "Full organ" preset i get it continuosly and at full volume. Full volume is not overwhelm and it is somewhat "drowned" out.... but it's still there

expression pedal positon and other presets seem to have no affect on it-

I acquired the M-100 about a year ago and I have replaced the filter caps, the AO-44 amp (which had been removed), replaced all tubes, and diassembled the keyboards to remove the nesting materials of asmall rodent- no sign of wires being chewed and everything else appears to be a pretty good shape and aside from the annoying unwanted tone it seems to work pretty well according to several folks who can actually call themselves musically adept on keyboards.

Any suggestions on possible cause, or where to look? I'm fairly comfortable with electronic circuits and have built a few tube amp/circuits, can read/follow schematics and have a basic understanding of electronics

Thanks much for any suggestions
