Hammond M100A percussion kit for M100 organs

Hi Folks,

There is a Hammond M100 here locally that is for sale cheap and may end up going for free. This particular organ has the M100A percussion effects kit attached to it.

I might want to grab this organ for spare parts. Is the M100A kit something that can be pulled from one organ and easily added to another M100? Is it some that adds anything of interest or is it not worth the trouble?

Any comments/advice would be appreciated.

There's an entire appendix referring to the kit and the way it is connected at the end of the M series service manual.
