Hi all;
I've been trying to email Hammond USA the past 3 months with no response. They show the 'latest' SK series system update (8.4) that's from 2014.
Latest version is March 2019 8.7.
I finally called them and someone said the website is being updated by a new company and should be ready "in 2-3 weeks" with new improvements.
My concern was that someone would try to update and install a very old version, but Hammond said it the system does not allow updating to an older version.
We'll see.
