I have this problem with my hammond t202 (with 'diving board' keys). Is there any special oil for remidyingsqueakiness and how should itbe applied?

Alsothere isa key thatrattles on the upper manual. How might I fix this?

The squeaking is the combs lacking lubrication. In a T-series, they're rubber buffers that can be lubricated with a silicone dielectric grease like dow corning 3, or anything that won't eat the rubber. The rattle is from the two screws that hold the key to the key channel coming loose. The remedy for both is disassembly and reassembly after lubricating and tightening the screws. I've used "wick 'n' lock" loctite on the screws succesfully, but when I tried loctite "blue" medium strength, it shattered the plastic key, so be careful with threadlockers and test them first.
